Current Openings:
1. Cultural Program Coordinator: The Cultural Program Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of a diverse range of cultural programs and events. This role demands a strong understanding of Chinese culture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with artists, performers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing innovative cultural programs, such as exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and performances.
Managing program budgets and timelines effectively.
Sourcing and contracting artists, performers, and other resources.
Marketing and promoting programs to target audiences.
Evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in cultural studies, arts management, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and management.
Strong understanding of Chinese culture and art forms.

2. Chinese Language Instructor: The XCCC seeks experienced and enthusiastic Chinese language instructors to teach a variety of courses to students of all levels. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for teaching, a strong command of the Chinese language, and the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering engaging Chinese language lessons.
Creating and grading assignments and assessments.
