Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) and excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience teaching Mandarin as a foreign language (MFL) in a formal educational setting (minimum of 2 years experience preferred, more experience highly valued).
A deep understanding of Chinese grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context.
Experience developing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to various student levels.
Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning (e.g., interactive whiteboards, online learning platforms).
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Desirable Qualifications:
