My name is Aye Aye Than, and I'm a 22-year-old girl from Yangon, Myanmar. I've always been fascinated by China's rich history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes. So, when the opportunity arose to join a group tour to China, I jumped at the chance.

My journey began in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province. I was immediately struck by the city's modern skyline and bustling streets. I visited the Stone Forest, a geological wonder that left me awestruck with its towering limestone formations. I also explored the city's vibrant markets, where I haggled for souvenirs and tasted local delicacies like rice noodles and spicy tofu.

From Kunming, our group traveled to Guilin, a city known for its picturesque karst mountains and crystal-clear rivers. We took a boat trip down the Li River, marveling at the stunning scenery as we passed through towering peaks and lush bamboo groves. The highlight of our visit was a visit to the Reed Flute Cave, an underground wonderland filled with colorful stalactites and stalagmites.

Next, we headed to Xi'an, the ancient capital of China. I was eager to see the Terracotta Army, a collection of thousands of life-sized terracotta warriors buried with the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. The warriors were truly a sight to behold, each one intricately crafted with unique facial expressions and armor. I also visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a towering Buddhist relic that has stood for over 1,000 years.

Our final stop was Beijing, China's vibrant capital city. I was overwhelmed by the sheer size and energy of Beijing. I visited the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. I climbed the Great Wall of China, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. I also spent time exploring Beijing's modern districts, such as Wangfujing and Sanlitun, which are known for their shopping, dining, and nightlife.

My trip to China was an unforgettable experience. I was constantly amazed by the country's beauty, history, and culture. I met friendly locals who welcomed me with open arms and I made memories that will last a lifetime. China is a truly fascinating country that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an adventure.
