Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles:
Culture Program Manager: Responsible for planning, developing, and executing cultural programs that showcase Chinese art, history, and traditions. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and educational experiences.
Education Specialist: Designs and delivers educational programs, workshops, and resources that make Chinese culture accessible to diverse audiences. Develops curriculum, materials, and activities that foster cultural appreciation and understanding.
Communications and Marketing Manager: Develops and executes communication strategies to promote the center's mission and programs. Creates engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, and print publications.
Business Development Manager: Identifies and cultivates partnerships with organizations, businesses, and individuals to support the center's financial and programmatic goals. Develops revenue-generating initiatives and explores funding opportunities.
Administration and Operations Manager: Manages the day-to-day operations of the center, including budgeting, human resources, and facilities maintenance. Ensures smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Chinese studies, arts management, education, or business
Proven experience in the cultural or educational sector
Strong knowledge and passion for Chinese culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; additional language proficiency is an asset
