This agreement is made between the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", and [Travel Agency Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Agency". The Client is requesting the Agency to provide travel services, as specified in the attached itinerary, in exchange for payment of the agreed-upon fees.

1. Travel Services

The Agency agrees to provide the following travel services to the Client:* Flights from [Origin City] to [Destination City] and return
* Accommodation in [Hotel Name] for [Number] nights
* Guided tours of [List of Attractions]
* Transfers between airports, hotels, and tour sites
* Visas for China (if applicable)
* Travel insurance (if requested)

2. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Agency the total amount of [Amount] for the travel services specified in Section 1. The payment schedule is as follows:* A deposit of [Deposit Amount] is due upon booking
* The remaining balance is due [Number] days prior to departure

The Agency accepts payment by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

3. Cancellation Policy

The Agency reserves the right to cancel the travel services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, political unrest, or other events beyond its control. In such cases, the Agency will provide a full refund to the Client.

4. Liability

The Agency acts as an agent for the providers of the travel services, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third parties. The Agency is not responsible for any acts or omissions of these providers, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or personal injury. The Client assumes all risks associated with travel, and the Agency is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [China State]. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [China State].

6. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency. No other representations, promises, or inducements have been made by either party that are not contained in this agreement.

7. Acceptance

The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them. The Client's signature below indicates their acceptance of this agreement.
